LOL, I own one house free and clear, it has squatters in it. That's a little stressfull because in Ohio, the law favors the squatters. I now have the right to kick them out, but don't wanna be the "OGRE" who throws people out into the cold Ohio night. I'll just wait until June. Meanwhile, I pay on a mortgage on a home I live in, in the country and I luv this place. Everything else I own is free and clear. I'm that way with cars, motorcycles, 4 wheel ATV's etc. I can handle one simple mortgage.
