Real simple, Welch's name is sh** everywhere, he can't pump anything with his name attached to it. David Smith is a straw man, somebody trying to confirm a David Smith actually exists will find millions of them of course.

I guess John Doe was already taken. Welch removing his name makes me think SEC heat is coming. Welch hiding behind others like he did with ENCS, MODC, etc....think about it, that arrogant scammer loves his name plastered as CEO everywhere, now removing it all over the place....but still in charge of the scam as usual, he is not giving his debit cards away to anybody.
