I will answer my own question to the best that I can 'ricksy,' I buy a Titanic Ship worth $$$billions of dollars in treasure, silver and gold. I buy this boat from the Skipper, who manages the boat, but does not own its material possessions; he or she is just a manager of the ship.

The owners are hundreds of people who have entrusted this to the Skipper for a fee.

He or she wants to sell the Ship for pennies for the dollars worth of these items. I decide to buy it and own it for pennies on the dollar. Now, I hold the deed to the ship; however, the items on the ship belong to hundreds of other people. What will I do with their items? I am the new owner of the ship, but not the items. However, I have two choices, steal and sell the items, or return it to the shareholders with interest. Which will I do? Personally, I still have integrity, and If all these items, and including mine have gone up in price, I would give it back to the shareholders and ask for a small fee for just holding it for them. It seems, there is nobody else, who has these type of virtues...
