Rickszy, give me some enlightment.

1. JPM BUYS WAMUQ, right.
2. Did they pay with cash or did they buy it with their own shares, which today closed at $37.70.
3. Does JPM own all wamuq shares today?
4. One share at$37.70 of JPM, today can buy over 176 shares of wamuq tomorrow.
5. IS JPM ALLOWED TO BUY AND SELL WAMUQ SHARES TOMORROW??
6. If they own all wamuq shares now, why have they not settled or stock swapped.
7. Are they hoping we are just plain stupid, and just walk away?
8. Can't JPM JUST COVER AND convert our shares to JPM right now, although, the shareholder knows it will get diluted to about maybe $15 to about $20 dollars per share today???
