In regards to this comment in your post -

That is the one thing that kind of concerns me. Why does the FDIC need more time?
What are they up to?
If the settlement was a done deal, they wouldn't need more time.
To me, they're just looking for another way to screw someone.
The Judge IMO should of denied the delay....But that's JMO
