I dont see a settlement before the march hearing. JPM is going to procrastinate as much as possible. A settlement will be a last resort for them, IF they announce a settlement it will be on March 4, but I see it closer to April. JPM/FDIC will pull some kind of rabbit trick out of their ass, and delay again... they have a month to plot and scheme more delay tactics..
