My post was a question to 4WHATSRIGHT, who posted his findings concerning Ross.....I never met Ross or even spoken to him....but it does sound like he was the man according to 4WHATSRIGHT who opened the door to the US DOT for ECT.....

I have not contacted Guy Faucher....I have no idea what he is doing....anybody's auumptions here would be; he is trying to figure out the financing, keep the creditors at bay, & discovering weekly new & exciting challenges from what was left of ECT.....If you needed to contact somebody I posted Gib's number last week. I would call or email Gib....He speaks fluent English & French....
