I pay for several services at once, for parity of information (backup quotes if one goes down)

the most reliable i've found is alphatrade- don't like the system, but the quotes are always correct.

-alphatrade i pay about $80/month for all exchanges for level2

quotestream is another provided, they also provide the feed for investorshub

-quotestream i pay about $150/month for everything
-investors hub is about $50/month for everything

stockwatch is another, or you can actually get the feed directly from pinksheets.com (but its expensive).
