You obviously don't care about Fundamentals.
Take a look at the market cap, it's a lot lower than all of their assets, and they have their debt taken care of now.
Technicals are way more important because they tell you your entry and exit.
n2bugs, you are correct that now is good time to flip. This is consolidation though, and during consolidation is the right time to flip and stuff.
My advice? Hold a core position for when this retests 7.5 cents, and eventually breaks it to fill a huge gap to .12 - .18 - .30.
Keep flipping, your core shares will be free pretty quickly and pretty easy, since it is clear you know what you're doing in the market.
