I know it

Ian mcIntyre(edwards) took over the electronics company called cybermark after it went dormant later in 2001 (you can see all the sec filings when it happened

several of us already owned shares

mine cost $.25 ea and I bought 500 shares in March

after Edwards put in Urban and merged they split 9-1 and then 2-1
none of us got the 100-1 split the bad guys got


so I ended up with 10,000 shares of CMKI

then I got stupid and bought more later and never sold the first share

I admit to being a dumas but not to being a liar
