Going to 10.00 in a single day is a pipe dream, investors will realize that this will be tied up in courts for years and they do not want capital tied up for that time period when they can get easier pickings without that type of risk.

Now I am not saying that the stock will not climb if a ruling does come down on Friday, depends on what she rules on. If only the 4B and no SJ then the stock goes up and we ride this to the moon. IMHO

Plus denying the motion from FDIC will send the stock up, but if she is getting frustrated by the lack of movement on the settlement she may rule on the SJ as well and then the stock may rise some but will settle down because of all the appeals that will be coming to drag this on for years.
