The biggest downside of super sub pennies is that you can loose the bid. I have seen stocks loose the bid on the OTCBB. ARSW did this prior to its last R/S. Also Pinksheets are notorious for having no bid. CMKX lived that way for years.

Try selling stock as a 'market order' when there is no bid. It will sell- you just will not like the results. :(
