Stealth your .14 number looks real close to what I came up with using the NAVPS valuation method outlined at investopedia here:

I had to guesstimate some numbers like cash on hand, but bottom line I came up with .1383/sh using the reported production levels as of Q3 2009 and simply adding 33% to simulate a full year's production.

Note that they should be pumping up more oil now than in Q3/09, according to recent PRs...
