THEY want your shares and if THEY can't have them, THEY WANT YOU OUT, by way of filing chapters after chapters, doing reverse splits after reverse splits, hiring liars after liars, paying the liars(lawyers) a good percentage but after the deal is closed, THEY take it all, away from the equity investors who are actually the owners of the company.
