Kevin- What I fail to grasp in that

whole discussion, is the fact I already have Norton Internet Security, right? So, if a virus sneaks through somehow in to my computer, as far as I know, I have no recourse against Symantec (Norton). As long as a company is not guaranteeing 'bulletproof' security, how can this REALLY be an issue? If I get killed while wearing my seatbelt, can my wife sue the seatbelt maker? No, we pay for added LEVELS of safety. Geoff Strongin made a similar statement regarding liability created by Trusted Computing. I just don't get it.
