Wouldn't the Judge give JPM "X" number of days to return the money to WMI? You feel that JPM/FDIC will attempt an offer to settle rather than return the money within that specified timeframe?

If Judge Mary doesn't rule on the FDIC motion on Friday, I certainly hope she does by the first of next week along with her ruling that the $4B SJ funds are to be returned to WMI within a short period .. say 10 days. That would certainly narrow down that possible settlement timeframe.

What about the $6.5 capital contribution claim? Does that claim still need to be heard to have those funds returned? I've not seen much on that.
