Very Weil-Written thoughts, Byrd. I feel the same way, it has been obvious that THJMW has been giving the parties the time necessary to bring her a bonafide settlement that addresses all classes. She is not going to let anything or anyone injure equity, she is walking the line as both a judge and an advocate. Her actions in the courtroom speak volumes to my statement.

I think she is about to the throw the 4.4 Bil SJ on the table real soon, maybe as early as Friday (when she denies the FDIC's motion to injure the shareholders and this company any further than they have already done). I feel very confident with THJMW giving us our own Bonafide Law Firm.
