Opportunity, your post shows how little you know about PSA and its authorized use.

"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of the PSA test in conjunction with a digital rectal exam to help detect prostate cancer in men age 50 and older."

The detection of size, nodules or gritty texture is more important than the PSA test. If you listen, you will learn.
