The reason I write that is because of the outside chance Watson did a local /regional ad just to get a screen shot out. Its not on facebook rotation in Chicago or for a fact. So the 400 million users pump is false. It may be out to a few hundred thousand at best. If its even out there.

Because everything is sort of like something else.
