Wouldn't is make for good business practice
to hire a strong management team to handle more of the administrative and sales responsibilities. This would alleviate disruption to the company when the unexpected things in life happen. No one can do it all, and the success of any company will always depend on the high caliber of talent you have surrounded yourself with to acheive set business goals.
