cb I reckon you're a true long simply because it's evident you have done your homework and had time to reflect PLUS I respect that patience. Not many have made much money here without it unless you got lucky on opportune timing which was very rare.
This period you speak of followed an abnormally quiet time while the CEO helped his wife convalesce and no one knew why the silence. (if they did they didn't let on here). So a glut of pent up PR's ensued to the tune of one every four days for a whole month in December. These were actually old PR's that weren't released in real time while the CEO came back up to speed on business of the day.
I learned through the CEO the one thing that did get pushed back was the new website; otherwise management (the board in CEO's absence) kept the company on an even keel. How do you sell in WalMart if you don't even have a new website? Short answer: YOU DON'T. I always felt from get go the time line for Identa to start selling retail was clearly optimistic rather than realistic so the delay on retail (yes real you are not imagining) was easily foretold, consequently this delay has not bothered me like others I guess. Still I hear what you are saying continuity and timely updates whether good or bad are important to measure tangible progress. It's also a gauge on company resolve to get things done CONCUR 100% management needs to inform better and bewilder less.
FWIW word is, the new website is nearly online but don't look for some magic green light to 8 new retail chains all showing up on cue. IMO the retail contracts suffered because of the CEO's absence and the logistics are such that I don't see retail surfacing with anything significant until March or April. IMO definitely three month time line to develop 8 retail chains was total fluff, nothing less so as I say it didn't surprise or disappoint me it just added to my frustration with company accountability.
""Give me goals and give me results of your efforts. Hey we see eye to eye I like that attitude. Germany had continuity but keep in mind it's another federal agency which leads me to believe they started out small and will continue to buy more kits as the agency decides they like the product. Not a given but a common approach in my experience.
Thanks for the Google Earth suggestion I just got an upgrade on my computer so Google Earth is finally doable LOL! I'll take a look though not clear why you say shady, I'll take a look.
I still say the most contentious issue is all these shares in the A/S , and if the CEO doesn't know it he surely has lost his marbles. Even though the contracts may come along through these fed agencies is it enough to move the PPS significantly? I say no it has to be addressed so the shareholder clearly knows what he is into.. "Patience" cbegeny, I respect and admire it the typical investor can never see the full picture so we have something in common, thank you kindly for posting.
