Is the ECT Recovery Committee silence for the last 7 months of no significance? Wake up, they walked away from this mess RH left behind. There is a difference between intent and capacity. Their intent appeared genuine, yet capacity and tangible results remain patently absent.
You were right about RH and his shenanigans but your post here seems doubtful.
Will check back in yet another 7 months and revisit this “doubtful” position. The obstacles they need to circumvent wrt to the ECT business structure and EFFC public shell are substantial given the condition RH left them in. Starting from a clean slate would make the most sense. As was the concern 7 months ago, is there still no evidence that Bruno Farbos is onboard with the new directive?
There was no big tax lot sell off at the end of the year now was there?
The herd rarely gets it right, in all levels of investing & trading. Roughly 31 million shares traded Oct-Dec with steady PPS depreciation. Investors were slowly unloading. But perhaps it was MM manipulation, illogical speculators, and low-impact accumulation? Sigh.
