I don't think we'll ever get that ruling. IMO I think the judge is trying to let all the parties work it out. (settlement) I think they were going to include us(commons) but with the EC I think they're afraid we'll GO FOR THE THROAT!!! (LOL) and why not...I'm thinking the judge will hold off on SJ because they're "trying" to keep this as quiet as possible. As long as it's fair then I won't care. The longer it goes on the more it shakes out those who can't handle it. I'm so glad I found this board, because when I feel weak I log on and remind myself that...I'm not alone.
