pennypincher44, the only problem with your theory is that if FH wants to cheat the investors all he has to do is execute a massive R/S. The PPS will plunge and wipe out the SH. The qeustions is...why has he not done that yet ? It would sure help clean up his financial ratios and the ugly O/S.
