I have heard this same erroneous argument for over 10 years with every new licensee we sign. That has never happened and won't ever happen.

If you ever find a company reporting revenues that drop to the bottom line save taxes, please post it because you have either uncovered the holy grail or another stock scam. Either way I would like to know.

There is a steep slope between our gross and net profit even with no CGS. Your statment is closer to correct on a theoretical basis than a actual one.

But I remain with all my shares intact. Someday maybe they can significantly reduce the litigation costs, lower the SGA items, keep their greedy little hands out of the cookie jar and create some lasting value for those who have endured years of foul balls and pop-ups.
