Could that be the reason why

Herda suddenly appeared back? I don't know, but Herda was probably somewhere between Katmandu Napal and Tenbucktoo Africa. Rumor has it, that he hitched a ride, on a, hopped up, YF22 Raptor, that could fly 5 times the speed of sound, then bailed out over Washington D. C. landed next to the NSOL PO box, to sign the 10/k.
