This is why I don't think this is a scam! Show us how the company has benefited to far in saying there would be a buyback and then the PPS went up. Where is the dilution? NONE TO BE FOUND! Where did they sell into the run up? There is no proof that they did. If the share structure is the same, as the T/A has verified, then where is the payoff for them? If the company was doing massive dumping, then I'd be concerned, but we know that is not true! This has to be legit because the share structure is the same and they did not profit into the last run due to a "bogus" PR on a buyback. So, what does that tell me? That there will be a buyback soon!
