ANyways, the answer to the question:
I suspect your moderator (TV) and his possee took y'all down for a huge chunk of change, all the while enabling BEDA management to fill their pockets with some of your money too.

Where do you suppose the preferred shares being sold into the float during this pump came from?

Didn't anybody question the PR about the BOD meeting?

Strange that it was issued right after I mentioned that 'if it's such a great company, why didn't the management spend the $120K to own it all when the stock was trading at .0003?'

Great idea for a pump and they ran with it.

Look closely (read) all their PRs for the past year and you'll see how played the investment community has been by this bunch.
