Miller, I'm not familiar with the workings of a buy-out. To me it doesn't make sense to sell. Wouldn't management lose control of salaries and bonuses going forward? Right now they call the shots......even though shareholders don't always agree with said shots.

Right now management has control of more than $400m in cash. Would they not lose control of this cash in a sale. Please show me how I'm wrong in my thinking!
