haha-- yes! This guy :) It doesn't MATTER ---- Mike the Pike Films was started by us in 2002 and was a company we formed for branding purposes so we didn't just have a bunch of movies we were doing---

As I'm sure you've learned- we're huge on branding and always have been. As explained before---

Every film we do will be made as a SEPARATE LLC -- It's how it's done in the industry-- so that if I have private investors with Shadow Market and different private investors with Skin Trade --- Skin Trade does 100M+ and Shadow Market loses its ass-- those investors from Shadow Market can't come after the profits made by Skin Trade, thus adversely affecting the investors with Skin Trade and everyone involved-- even though they may have been two totally different crews, etc. -- I hope that makes sense-- If not, I'll happily clarify----


All in All, however, Mike the Pike Productions will be 'company' end of each LLC -meaning, let's say you- Thurston Howell the 3rd decide to do Skin Trade with us. You tell Gilligan and Skipper and they decide to get in on the action too--- you guys put up the budget----

Let's say $25M.
Then let's say we do a contract entitling you guys to 50% of the net revenues, -- that means we get 50% of the net revenues (net would be profits after you recoup your money as principle and the Distributor usually takes anywhere from 20-35%)
So-after the Distributor take (let's say it's %30)-- there's 70% of net revenues left. we split those remaining revenue streams and ancillary revenue streams for the life of the picture 50/50 --- 50% to GET US OFF THE ISLAND, LLC and 50% to MIKE THE PIKE PRODUCTIONS, INC.. all inside SKIN TRADE THE MOVIE, LLC. which will be sheltered from any other film project that MTP Prods 'partners' on (partnership being- we signed an agreement like the above with a private investor or $$ group)

The acquisition of Mike the Pike Films LLC is underway simply because we want it inside of the company for 'neatness' --- and I'm in no hurry or rushing our attorneys because of the above-- It doesn't matter!!!! :) We'll probably not even use Mike the Pike Films LLC for anything---if we do-- everyone will be informed- that I can promise as I'm sure it would be something of added value for everyone. Sorry- trying to get home, but I hope I answered it completely for everyone--- have to go now-- 4 days until baby Jacob!!!! :)

Sorry about all the punctuation :) It's just that it's really wearing to have questions & BS from iNDiVIdUaLs that have taken no time whatsoever to research our company and us as people before slinging sh*t all over the living room---but for the sake of newcomers and longs, I need to take time to answer so that everyone is aware of what they are investing in. Oh- and in response to posts my assistant has seen on the AS/OS -- many have claimed that they don't have PLANS to make changes--- I myself have said that because I know there's always the chance you may want to or have to, but you truly don't have plans to do so just yet.....I wrote a long email to a poster named Z-MAN or something like that explaining in full my thoughts and feelings on the whole thing and was extremely transparent throughout with pros and cons, etc...... But the recent PR stated that we COMMIT to NOT change ---- that's different than 'planning' -- commitments mean something to some people--- to those who question them--maybe not so much..... just sayin' -- and you can print that! (i've always wanted to say that)
