You know that the only way to solve this is a new cusip#.
But why would the ANY GOVERNANCE WANT TO CONTROL IT??
I've have seen other stocks not redeemded or paid out,and even the emerging corporations still trading on the stock market without paying out the previous shareholders who owned their stock. That is pure unconstitutional, corporate fraud, sec fraud.

OUr GOVERNMENT allows it, THAT IS FRAUD.
