I feel my concern about the shareholders being respected has been met after talking to Al, and will put off my actions until Monday. At that point, only if necessary I will file, and over the weekend I will add as much damaging evidence as I can find, but will respect what was requested goes in.
If at that point it is necessary for me to file, I want everyone supporting my efforts, and everyone sitting on the fence to know, we need to do something. The time for waiting will be over!

New lawsuit...
I am planning to file a lawsuit against the people who filed a lawsuit against Hodges for filing a lawsuit. However in order to do this I will need some financial assistance as filing & lawyers fees can be expensive. As such I am accepting donations to the cause.
If someone files a lawsuit against me for filing a lawsuit against the people who filed a lawsuit against Hodges for filing a lawsuit, then another shareholder is prepared to take up the cause by filing a lawsuit against the people that filed a lawsuit against me for filing a lawsuit against the people who filed a lawsuit against Hodges for filing a lawsuit. He of course will also need financial assistance so please give generously.
