yes, apprehension is warranted...regardless!
Our WaMu had engaged in some 'questionable practices',
but it was pretty much the status quo, right?
I mean, it's like when everyone is speeding, but YOU are the one to get nabbed.
But is this doc, and this $39.8 Billion our problem?
Not the way I see it.

The rider states that due to the BK, they are not liable.

I thought earlier this was discussed and seen as FDIC/JPM prob, as they absorbed those liabilities????

Am I right, or wrong, or do we just really not know?
