Weo-You might want to extend your horizon on the graph to see the accumulation at .06 prior to the move up last year-I see .06 as a steel support line. Over the last few months-agreed the trend has retraced and the MM have walked this down.

I believe this is slowly being accumulated on anemic volume-could be wrong but its touch this price point several times and only lasted there a short amount of time before bouncing back off it-JMHO. Lets see what happens over the next two weeks but my gut tells me a reversal is ready...good luck
