He filed a lawsuit and never served the Plaintiffs (SEC).
And I don’t think Gus ever plans on serving them as well.

[e-mail] if you have paypal, and thanks to anyone who can send extra cash. I know many of us live pay check to pay check and can't afford to send anything, and no worries. And there are those that have sent, don't want to spend another penny on this, and those that are happy with waiting for Al, that is all good.

I just want anyone who is watching to send spare money if they can, but wait until after what comes out, and only if you think it will aid in ending this charade. If you want to help and can't afford anything that is great, please then take the time out of one day to send this to as many places as possible, and to formally file a complaint with your local authorities with the info provided and demand answers.

For those in canada, there will be a game plan for those that want to contribute that will be brought forward with the update post next week. We can make the difference, we can end this without waiting here in the dark helpless.
