JBII has put out several press releases stating the large P2O machine is almost completed? We are 2.5 months later and i see no PR stating it is completed. Is it?

PR on 10-4-2009 stated the P2O process passed ASTM testing, yet this was only from a prototype machine that according to the video on this site, is not the same process as the supposed large machine, so this means nothing.

Can't seem to find the source at the moment, but i read somewhere that JBII CEO claims that the P2O process will convert at a 99% fuel 1% waste on raw unwashed plastics. That statement alone should open some eyes. How can you even compute the waste output when the feedstock could be 60% plastic and 40% other materials that cannot be converted to fuel?? To me that is a biggie. If they said it can convert 100% plastic to fuel at a 99% fuel and 1% waste rate, that would make sense but seeing how every batch of feedstock will contain a different amount of plastic, I don't see why they would even make that statement. Now lets talk tires, they claimed they could just put raw tires into machine and turn into fuel. where does the metal from the tires go? There is way more than 1% metal in a tire so the waste output from converting tires has to be much higher.

The diagram above showing the P2o process doesn't show what happens to material that cannot be converted to fuel, like paper wrapped on plastic bottles, liquid left in bottles, and all the other stuff that inadvertantly gets put into recycle bins. Where does all this waste go? How does the machine remove it?

These are very serious concerns I have with this company and hope there are decent answers for them. If this company is for real, it would be a great investment, but so far I see a bunch of hype and not many answers. I hope someone here can answer these questions for me.

thanks,
jj
