Those late trades for BEDA or any penny stock are not after hour trades for inquiring minds. Those late trades are nothing more than ”Form T trades” that are trades that took place earlier during the day of which could have been a buy or a sell. We have no way of knowing.
When a Market Maker (MM) officially closes its book for the day, any trades that did not make the tape for whatever reasons… buy or sell… will be reflected not long after the market closes. The MMs must do this through them filling out a Form T.
They should be considered as non-impact trades because the trades are after the fact.
