if you think corps dont have right as people do this is my poinyt they do and I know Im right about it I find it interesting that you disagree this is nothing new LOL nut this ruleing reinforces it. Ok how about an acounting example two corps merge each corp have owners with same name does owner report transaction? answer YES because each corp is seperate person doesnt matter who the owners are hence the example of FFGO and Lumb and all the finger pointing of imprapriety.
