I've already addressed the point. I don't know what the original case that was heard, specifically, but I do know that it involved political campaign contributions from a corporation---which, according to the Supreme Court, is protected under the 1st Amendment. This case has been orbiting around the same basic argument that has been brought up by lobbyists, politicians, Constitutionalists, etc for MANY MANY years.

The ruling doesn't give Lumb's "corporation" the same basic rights we as American citizens enjoy---what the Court ruled was that----again----Lumb can, on behalf of FFGO, donate money to a political campaign.
