You are right. These days, the board is in a kind
of "dormant" mode.

To answer your question from the previous message,
it appears that the share dividend will eventually
be paid out / credited to our brokerage accounts.

I was told that the company is awaiting SEC clearance
of STI which will occur, at the earliest, in November.
