Ok, the issue with Chrome and Firefox has to do with PayPal. However, if you get all of the Add-Ons for these, RealTime will work.

I noticed Kaz answered the question about the Toolbar, but yes right click on it, go to Properties, AutoHide.

For the User Guide, right click on Toolbar and click on RealTime Help.
