DocSystem

DocSystem is an automated rule-based distributed printing, departmental workflow, file and image processing solution. The departmental aspect of this application reduces document processing costs and improves printing and workflow efficiencies. DocSystem allows the automatic routing of documents between persons and departments based upon predefined rules. Additionally, the image processing portion of DocSystem allows for automatic and complex image manipulation and adjustments.

DocRecord

Dynamic electronic document management is the chief benefit of DocRecord as it retrieves documents with customized folders and views at the touch of a button and digitally stores documents in common formats. These features accelerate key business processes, improve document availability and access, eliminate lost and misplaced documents, reduce storage costs and provide disaster recovery readiness. DocRecord first captures information, then categorizes and organizes information for easier search and retrieval of documents in storage. DocRecord has many advanced features such as version control, audit control, emailing of documents from within the application, Bates stamping, batch scan processing and full page and zonal optical character recognition (OCR).

DocForm

Personalized promotional and transactional materials can be created locally, remotely and over the web with DocForm. Remote applications such as bills of lading, delivery receipts and employee forms can be saved electronically and edited in order to save money, increase efficiencies and speed up processing times. Also, forms such as customer contracts, service agreements, operations and reporting forms can be signed over the web for a greater level of productivity that will save time while reducing the amount of physical paper documents that need to be sorted through. With the personalization of color documents, a wider range of recipients can be reached and the savings on each print is significant.

DocTransform

DocTransform allows users to enable, configure and adapt print data from any host or application. These functions are particularly crucial in addressing custom print requirements, getting documents to print correctly, improving control over the print environment and replacing outdated printing equipment. This is all accomplished while simultaneously enabling today’s modern and advanced multifunction printers (MFPs) to work in older legacy print environments. DocTransform enables users to print a document from any application with ease, shrink overall costs and improve competencies for printing operations. With advanced job and print queue management, MFP monitoring equipped with operator notifications and advanced security, users are able to establish and maintain a highly productive workflow.
