I like the way $PSWR looks here.
Looks like good value entry compared to pees in the same space.
GO $PSWR
It looks like there may be a custodianship. SS was updated, lots of form 4's and a 15-12g was filed which means there is probably an intent to sell. No point filing a 15-12g to be non reporting, then pay to have your share structure updated.
$PSWR Chase going on, bids filling up
Grabbed some $PSWR Volume coming in
$PSWR .0012 I Picked up a small starting position on this shell today.
was at .0044 yesterday in at 0015 now lets see maybe get lucky here lol
PRISM Software from Aegis Health Group Provides Precision in Managing Physician Relationships Under Healthcare Reform
15 minutes ago - BusinessWire
As the nation's hospital industry gears up to provide healthcare to more than 40 million previously uninsured citizens, Aegis Health Group is offering a way to better integrate physicians into the process. PRISM, a unique and proprietary software package designed specifically for physician outreach, provides a framework for creating closer alignment between health systems and the doctors who use them.
"Many clinical software programs fail to capture data that is critical to customer relationship management," states Aegis' Rochell Pierce, vice president, physician relationship management. "PRISM bridges that gap by bringing a CRM approach to physician relationship building and management." Under healthcare reform providers will be held accountable for the entire continuum of care rendered to patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. This new environment will require an unprecedented level of collaboration and cooperation between hospitals and their aligned physicians to streamline care and reduce costs. PRISM offers a turnkey yet customizable approach for hospitals to gather data on their physicians' experiences in using their services. The software helps track and resolve issues that may prove costly in terms of patient care or physician loyalty to the organization.
PRISM enables detailed and robust physician profiling, along with current and target volume metrics. It serves as a central information hub for documenting, monitoring and resolving physician issues in utilizing hospital services. The result is a more streamlined and efficient physician experience and better patient management, which helps support hospital service lines and physician-driven revenue. PRISM volume tracking links specific physician volume data with physician liaison efforts and sales activity. This helps direct strategic resources for optimum impact to market share gains and overall ROI. PRISM is a secure browser-based software accessible from any device with an Internet connection.

Interesting. Well the company hardly ever PR's anything so who knows for sure. I placed my chips here a while back. Hopefully the company can put something out to help value the company and allow the pps to follow suit.

What does it mean to the stocks?
What happens tot he stocks if EFI has bought PSWR?
EFI Acquires Prism
Check out the link below for details.. This could be a money maker!

Nah not all of it was at .004. Somebody tried selling in the .007's, then .006's, but due to the thin bids they obviously couldn't fill their order. Then at .004 they were met with some buyers.
Im not sure what is brewing but based on the track record of this POS Im sure it is HUGE!!!!!
I didn't see what happened yesterday. Did we have 400k in volume at .004? And then today it shot right back up. Man, I hope something big is brewing.
Wow, who was the idiot that was trying to dump their shares all day? Did you not see how thin the level II was? Your 400k share lot was too large for the 10k bid sizes.
I don't understand people sometimes. Spent all that in commission from changing orders. Luckily there was a buyer around .004 for you.
I have no idea but sure wish they would have something big cooking that would mean great news for us. I am still hanging on and hoping it runs again like it did last time.
I am not that far off on getting back to even based on this current price but am sure there is not a buyer yet for hundreds of thousands of shares.
We will see how it plays out but it sure would be nice. Good Luck.
Something is brewing here, and somebody wants shares. I wonder what it could be? :)
Good luck with this one...you'll be back in Vietnam killing chickens before this goes anywhere.
Looks like somebody is trying to get shares. This could get interesting.
It's about time...
Just good to hear there is some life in this one. It's been dead for the past few months. I've noticed accumulation in the .003's lately. I've got 200k myself. I shot the company an email a couple days ago, but have yet to hear anything from them.
Not yet, but still holding my 600,000 shares hoping that it pays off eventually.
You guys hear anything about this one? This one had a little volume today to warrant a little attention...

Interesting. Haven't read through it yet, but it looks like a military contract!
Your thoughts on this??
https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=6cc09ea10b439f5242863287c41b5f5e&tab=core&tabmode=list
Saw it today. That would explain the volume on Friday. Looks like a military contract!!
I would bet that you could pick up some relatively cheap shares between now and Friday as some will capitulate their 2010 positions.
I will be attempting to pick up the remainder of my goal for 1 million shares during this time. Every now and then I find that I am the only one bidding so it makes it easy to pick a target price and see if it fills.
In my opinion, those that will capitulate will capitulate at any bid price this time of the year.
Good luck and have a safe and fun New Years.
Nice. I could tell that he can't release any info in that email. All in all, I'm willing to throw in some disposable cash into this for a lotto play. I have some, but will be picking up more. Hopefully the rumor of the buyout does come to fruition...
last we see he owned about 34 m shares
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=4809812
so if hes second largest shareholder the largest owns say appx 40
and os last reported as 141 m
which would give an approximate float/ free trading shares of 66 million
ok! thanks for sharing!
especially liked this part:
the company obviously still in business and the company portfolio of products and relationships has it well positioned right now. I am the second largest shareholder and the second largest debt holder. Neither I or the largest shareholder has sold any shares. I have no plans in the foreseeable future to sell any shares.
Hello spdracer and rkor,
I received a very nice email from them in response to my inquiry about the status of pswr and will include it for you below. I am holding because I am way down on it and there is no activity right now. But I am so hopeful that somehow it shows life again at some point and things go great for the company. Good Luck to you all. GO PSWR!

Randy,
Prism is a very small company and I’m sorry we didn’t get back to you sooner.
A short history of Prism is in order.
The company is traded but is in non-reporting status so we don’t release financial data. We went to non-reporting status for a few reasons. 1) We qualified. 2) SEC auditing was costing us a fortune relative to our company size 3) Our competitors were using the information to convince our customers not to do business with us. Because of #3, we have been very cautious about releasing information.
Our last publicly released data from a few years ago showed a company with consistent losses and a ballooning debt. The amount of debt last shown cast doubt on the company surviving and the value of the common shares. A bet on the common is a very high risk bet as it assumes that the debt holders will get repaid or not demand immediate payment. This is not to say it is necessarily a bad investment but definitely very high risk. On the plus side, the company obviously still in business and the company portfolio of products and relationships has it well positioned right now. I am the second largest shareholder and the second largest debt holder. Neither I or the largest shareholder has sold any shares. I have no plans in the foreseeable future to sell any shares. On the other hand, the stock price suggests that we are not clamoring to buy more shares.
It is not my position to recommend buying or selling as for starters I don’t know your financial situation. Our last released 10K is available I believe online. Although old, it will give you a reasonable view of the company. I would say HOLD is a reasonable position for a typical investor.
Sincerely,
Carl S. von Bibra
Chairman
yah! craZY that it barely even trades... company needs to address shareholders and put out news and/or financials!
I used the following telephone number to contact the company.(949) 855-3100
I spoke with one of the reps that answered the phone and asked some general questions. The company seems solid.
I think it's a good bet. It's been around for a while. It has to go back up eventually. It's way oversold and way undervalued from it's 52 week high of .08 cents.
I'm in for the long haul!
any luck getting a call back? lets start hounding them until we do...
theres always someone there answering the phone
and a verifiable business
but getting a call back has proved difficult...
