Everyone needs to up their settlement projections inmho.... "Think we'll get some" and "maybe $6-$8" is short sided in my little pea brain way of thinking.

One thing Diamond and I can agree on is this...this was a $25+ per share company when it was taken down..

They were offered $8 and turned that down before they were taken. We have some criminal allegations now and if Quinn is not secretly on anyone's side and he does not concern himself with "alignments", then he will push until they uncover an orange jumpsuit poster boy or get a settlement that falls in line with thousands of lives ruined, a suicide by a VP, all the result of a massive criminal staged event (takedown) of a beloved institution!

The EC committe inlcudes some of those in at much higher levels with families that lost all their money.

When Diamond speaks of 2 X value + in the end..I don't think he is that far off.
