In the ISRG conference call they talked of the problem they have with Japan. Japan is a single payer system. ISRG's income includes per operation reimbursement from the users. They indicated they were having a problem with Japan paying that or not being able to agree to a payment. I would imagine China will have the same problem. And...can't China just manufacture their own device??
