My husband was stationed on the Comfort for two years. It docks here in Baltimore. There's a whole lot of work involved to get the biggest floating hospital in the world ready to leave port. How can you compare that to a row boat? You have to bring in medical personnel from North Carolina, Jacksonville, Bethesda. Plus a lot of other personnel. You have to get provisions on board to take care of the crew and patients. You wouldn't have a ship loaded with food for 1000 people to eat for a month or more while just sitting at the dock. It's a massive project. Have you ever seen that hospital ship? It's magnificent.
