Any judge would force DM to cough the dividents unless he goes bunkrupt. You cannot mislead investors by promising dividents. I am still waiting for dividents (SWRS), plus dividents (BMGI) and expect to get dividents promised in february. I believe someone have called TA and asked about dividents. What was the response?
There is a condition I believe for SWRS dividents to be paid, if you read the PRs carefully. It has to be updated to have current information. I don't see dividents being paid until April or maybe I dream to much. :) Just my opinion.
