ZWLL Mr. Brooks said he couldn't understand why the pps
wasn't higher and I told him it was because of the last filing about the dilution and r/s. He said they weren't going to do a r/s until the pps was higher...so it should not be a problem.. (his words not mine) But I mainly feel he was looking for private placement some kind of stock that can be converted in a year for a tremendous return. (paraphrasing) More money than I had to invest.
He was going to type up some information and email it to me to post for him on IHUB because he didn't know about it. If anyone is interested in seeing what he has to say, I will post it. I don't have it now and I am not sure I will know how to post it anyway. I am new at this. He also mention PLNI and how they had a lot of contracts in the works.
Are these guys allowed to out and out lie to get you to buy a stock? Isn't there a law about that ... fraud maybe?
