There is no new filing from USCA. I can't imagine how that can be spun as good news or why they would miss a filing that has so much obvious importance for all sorts of reasons.

They could at least have filed an NT.

Of course they could have filed an NT. But that would have been the obvious move, and this is not a game which is going to be won by obvious moves. Not filing is a decoy maneuver, a feint, a draw play--just the kind of clever ploy that is the specialty of D. Roger Glenn. I know you're trying to divine his plan, but don't waste your time. If it were possible to divine, then the naked market makers would have already figured it out. No, this is so brilliant that it could only have been thought up by someone who taught the SEC everything they know about securities. And, boy, when the plan is finally revealed, we will all be shocked and awed at its genius. Everyone except the naked market makers--who will be vaporized by the blast emanating from this plan.

In the meantime just be patient. All is well.
