Mario, IMO, should put this court case to bed in the short term...this was filed initially when RH was still running the company....he should be assisting the other amigos in trying to rescue what is left here in EFFC..if he is unhappy with the direction (who knows what that is at this time) he should sit out quietly as the team sifts through the mess that RH left ECT in last November...There are large sharholders here who have put more money in here than what he is owed in back pay...I don't see Gib or Guy filing any lawsuits at this time concerning back pay...If the CRAM is marketed & is a revolutionary product as Bruno claims, than WAIT just like the rest of us........
there are alot of WOLVES out there trying to get there pockets stuffed with the CRAM...BIOCOGNISAFE probably being one of them.....I think later down the road, perhaps there could be some deal with Biocognisafe, but at this time it is really important to fend of the creditors, & try to get the financing (bridge loan) that the amigos out in the solitication to re-establish the CRAM testing & development.....
Can you explain the second case? Is this the same case that was put out by Vigil/Raphael/Axyomm on July 17, 2009? The same suit that forced the Amigos to shut down? Are there any lawyers getting paid?
I think once the legal side of ECT is taken care of, they can begin on the CRAM & bring the team together.
